If you want a nice and decently quick FWD from the 90's that also get great mpg's, a 99 Passat with the 1.8T 20 Valve 4 Cylinder and auto/clutchless manual transmission is a pretty good pick. My mother has one with just over 60k miles. It may not be the most reliable thing but it's good enough to be a daily. It is also kind of expensive to fill up for us because if we put anything lower than 91 octane in it or 108 octane booster it doesn't run right. It spits and sputters and doesn't hardly have any power. It would definitely make a great canyon carver or mountain driver.

Totally disagree, by far the cheapest is an Elantra N! So much fun, very fast around a track and can go from a stiff little race car to daily driver with push of button. Plus can you center you in your lane for hands free highway driving! Loads of tech
Been driving several Audis for 12 years, the only problematic issue was a turbo hose leaking, easy fix. In all fairness they can be a pain sometimes as you may need to move the front bumper to access stuff for maintenance, but that's about it.
Audi has reliable engines and unreliable engines. Before you buy just research the engine of the car of interest. B58 from bmw for example one of the best in the world. N63 one of the worst in history.
Bro just straight forgot about the Lexus LS460. Typically can find a 2013-16 one with decent mileage and less than $30k. It also makes more power than any car on this list and it’s a Toyota under the hood.
But no Honda si 😵💫😵💫😵💫😵💫 mmk will last longer than any of those cars even with more mileage no sense in spending 30 grand on a fucking 100k mile Audi
Bmw 340i fits literally everything this guy wanted or 440 grancoupe 👍 looks proper, drives really well, stock is very fast but can easily be tuned and is very reliable. Howd you miss that😑
