For the new collections you need stuff like Dragon Statue, Relic Remnants, Ominous Black Mercury. I hadn't seen that stuff since quite a while now and already thought the have removed it from the game, but i now found them in Northeast Kamasylvia. In the Kamasylvia Loot Chest -> Elions Traces Chest. The higher regions Loot Chests doesn't seem to work anymore.
Craft -> accessory -> Magic - Mystical Accessory. Also for the Dragon Statue, Relic Remnants, Ominous Black Mercury stuff that you need you have maybe to go to North East Kamasylvia and farm there for a while. Its in the In the Kamasylvia Loot Chest -> Elions Traces Chest.

Bro how to craft low grade accessories for new collection since it not available in market anymore like Green-Blue grade
