Oh! watching ur recipe reminds me of my childhood. During Diwali we used to help ur neighbour Aunty to prepare Shakarpara. We all kids used to enjoy. I remember Aunty used to beat the atta dough with grinding stone to make it soft. We kids used to help her to cut the Shakarpara with small round cutter fixed to the spoon. We all enjoyed.
Today it is so simple to make them. Nice recipe. I love Shakarpara. Will try definitely.
