I believe the reason cops misuse Suspicious is because they are trying to fabricate Reasonable Articulable SUSPICION. Plus if questioned why the cops bothered the citizen, the cops can try sounding all official saying ‘We were investigating Suspicious Behaviour/Activity.’ Despite them not being able to Articulate A Crime.
Without being able to Articulate a crime, the cops lose the Reasonable part. So of the 3 parts of RAS, they only have Suspicion. (There was a time when people that went around constantly believing everyone else was Suspicious, that PARANOID person was locked up for their own safety!😂 Definitely didn’t hand them a badge & Gun!😱🙄)

I wish you made a bigger deal of the Pc not informing you of the camera recording you. The reason the Police have a policy is so that they comply with the Data Protection Act 1984. A failure to have clear written or verbal notification is a clear breach of this Act….so she is breaking the Law. You could then go on the offensive…read to her, her rights….anything she says will be used in a Civil claim being made against her. Ignorance of the law is no excuse, as we all know. So was she given written instructions as to the Law & the Police Policy ? If so why is she ignoring ? If not, is she blaming her superiors for not informing her of the rules & the law. Then you attack the Sergeant, why did he not step in & explain to her the rules/laws , is he responsible for her lack of knowledge, lack of training ? Is his job not to correct her when she is breaching laws ? I never see this being done by Auditors, it really would cause a reaction…please consider for a future video

A good response might be, "I have a complaint with you and we're gonna deal with it right here and right now."
