Somehow, I get the feeling that this scumbag's lawyer is going to imply that there was a prior relationship with the deceased and that he had either abused or refused to pay for sex, and it drove the defendant insane. In a fit of uncontrollable anger--and during an "out of body experience" the defendant committed the heinous crime. However, past childhood sexual trauma by a mother's boyfriend/lover, or being m**ested by a sibling/parent/uncle/teacher/priest caused everything to be repressed. At least, until the deceased did something to bring those memories back again. It was involuntary manslaughter brought on by self-defence and childhood trauma.
I will bet a donation to B&W Network's choice of charity that I'm either spot-on or pretty close.
