I'm a mom who has worked in every aspect of the food industry shy of owning my own place and being a core manager. I love people and new things. I'm up for just about anything. I am a Woman/Mom vs Food but I will definitely run with the boys!
I've done speed contests, spicy contests, gross challenges, massive (nearly impossible) challenges and am not afraid to double or triple up if a restaurant lets me! Oh my huh ?!?!

On this challenge, it’s the speed that Molly finishes that’s truly impressive. Usually, the quantity alone makes it seem impossible to me. This is the rare challenge that I feel like I could actually complete, but not nearly as fast. Well done, as always.

South of Philly in northern DE and MD cheesesteak “subs” are fairly common. I get your angst. To me that would be the same as adding onions and green peppers in a crab cake.
