    You can see my shin bone in my foot drop leg.
    I've been told by a therapist that there's no muscle left.
    I'll check out your show anyway.

      Hi, @mike! Thanks for your communication. You might feel like the exercises are very challenging in this video, but that's the point! Just give your best effort and write down your results. Overtime and with enough protein, your muscles will begin to gain strength. We have helped many individuals in your situation and the process begins just like that!

      If I start a membership what equipment will I need specifically to take part in the exercises? MS with really bad weaknesses in hips, legs and ankles so what I need for compensating for that

      Hi, @@armandhyle5155! All you're going to need is a resistance band. We use the Multi-Loop CLX Theraband and you'll actually get the yellow one when you sign up for the membership. With that said, you can use any type of resistance bands!
