I’m Diablo From Santa Monica 17Th Street-West Los, and I consider El Paso my second home. I was an unreal member of the Lincoln Lords in the Barrio known as Lincoln-DLT. I’m out here this week. We are filming part of The “West Los Documentary”. Producer also has family here in Chuco like myself, and we want to tie in the El Paso Lowrider culture as well as the El Paso-L.A connection.
