Vocal fry is the lowest vocal register. It produces a low, kinda creaky voice. I can't fully confirm you're speaking in deep fry (instead of "normal voice") without hearing your full voice. You can keep the label "deep voice" (not that you're asking my permission for it) 'cause it's still technically deep. Just to be clear, vocal fry isn't bad or anything like that.
