Melissa did a wonderful job on that episode. I liked her when she was with Jason Lee. It feels like she's finding her voice again. Her audience is different than the JBP, of course. I like her MUCH BETTER than the other women-led shows that were on Joe's network. I think she's in the right lane, and since she's embracing aging, her audience can grow with her. With time, she has a real opportunity to build her platform. Women in this age group have coins, especially single ones with no children or recent empty nesters.
My favorite thing about all of this is how much Flip hates having to talk to Ian 😂. He actually thought he was going to be Joe’s right hand man. Kid didn’t do his research before accepting this job.

The jbp cast value is very easy to predict. All you have to do is judge them On the numbers they receive without Joe being part of the content, the numbers will reflect It's horrible, not even half of what they would bring when Joe was there, so it's easy, they have no value.
