Geo-coordination refers to the process of establishing a relationship between the design elements in a drawing and their corresponding geographic location in the real world. This video shows how to apply a geographic coordinate system (GCS) to a model in a MicroStation design file.

I dont understand how you got the microstation geometry to line up with the geographic coor system that you attached..... Once you attached it - it was just magically lined up?
