Greetings from Canada. I share your choice of this Deniére Danse as a favourite Diana performance. I think it is done beautifully. The French language is a perfect match for her ability be totally engaged in the lyrics. I like all of her work, but it’s nice to see a performance that isn’t a singing contest with distractions from the judges and audience. I would love to hear her some day sing one of the greatest Greek folk songs in existence, the original singer has also a unique voice that it is considered a legend in my country, no matter who else is trying to cover it fails miserably, i am sure that Diana will do it justice, it will never happen but i can always dream.

It's an over 300 year old folk song about a Cossack warrior who dreams of his death in an imminent battle. On Diana's face you see sadness, anxiety and pain of the soul of the Cossack warrior.
