Is video mai maine apko Hotel aur Restaurant Style Biryani Rice banane ki easy recipe share hai aap ye biryani rice bana kar 2-3 din tak bana kar store karke bhi rakh sakte hai aur white biryani rice se Koi bhi Pulao bhi bana sakte han.
Ingredients:-
Basmati Rice 300gm
salt 2tsp
small elachi 4-5
cloves 3-4
bay leaf 2
shahi jeera 1/2tsp
javitri 1no
cinemon stick 1piece
big Elachi 2no
Oil 2tsp
Dum Biryani Rice Ingridents:-
Basmati Rice 300gm
Salt 1tsp
Oil 2tsp
Desi ghee 1tbsp
Small elachi 4-5
Cloves 3-4
cinemon stick 1
Javitri 1
big Elachi 1
Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
Mint Fresh
Green chilli 3
Ingridents For Yellow colour :-
Desi ghee 2tsp
Haldi powder 1/4tsp
Fresh Cream 2 tbsp/Milk 2tbsp
Deggi Mirch colour
