I really like Dr. Dean. He is wonderful with patients. Even though he is in the trauma hospital, he treats people with respect and takes time to listen
I love Dez!!! He had total control of his ER staff! He gave everyone a job and was a cool as a cucumber!!! He’s who you want taking care of you or your loved one!
Watching parents suffer when their child is injured or sick is the worst. As a paramedic I’ve been to these types of calls and one day it was for a 3 year old little boy that was accidentally run over by his dad. We got to the home and found dad cradling his dying son and we took him to the ambulance and as I intubated him he went into cardiac arrest and we didn’t get him back. With a severe head injury this can easily happen. It took 2 nurses to walk dad in to his room to see his deceased son and that’s when I couldn’t hold my emotions any longer. It been over 10 years now and I can still remember this child’s name and remember what happened. It’s the worst feeling in the world. The officer comforting mom in this video is a gem. Th doctor and nurses as well but the police officer was taking care of mom who needed a lot of the support as well to keep her calm. Glad she is doing ok now
What a wonderful grandfather Jade has and he is a steadying influence on his daughter who is understandably upset and blaming herself. That is what Mom's do. She needed her Dad to reassure her that she wasn't alone facing this accident to her daughter.
One of the female Doctors was very blunt bordering on rude about the man on parole asking for help because his broken ankle was swelling under his tag. He may have committed a crime but he's still a human being. He was being respectful. Not causing any problems.
I didn't think the lady doctor was especially rude to the parole. She was just busy and didn't have time to engage in a discussion with him. One doesn't know what her working hours are and what other emergencies she is dealing with. 😊
I thought the same thing. She flat out said no they couldn't take it off, without even looking him in the face, said they didn't have anything to cut it with, when indeed they did, and acted like she didn't have a second to engage in a conversation.
@@kristiwetsel9531because the swelling with something restricting on the ankle was painful. They needed to call the court to get permission to cut it earlier than they did
I wish mom didnt blame herself ! The way she was saying it was her fault when she was outside 😔 we have to let them grow up someday even when we dont want to ❤ jade was so lucky, what a sweet girl to ❤
Yeesh... I can handle seeing the goriest of injuries on this show and other medical documentaries, but seeing a child seriously injured or in pain still really gets to me. Even this time, when I've seen the episode before and know she's pretty much fine.
What a wonderful Doctor. He kept everyone calm and made them feel safe.
Dez is an amazing Doctor , so calm during traumas , so caring to patients and family .. Hes definitely the Dr Id want working on my child
We need so much doctors, nurses and all the people who work in hospitals and take care of us and our beloved ones. A million thanks to them and love❤.

As a parent, you also need to prepare them to live on their own and to get them to the point of moving on and to think about a job.
Was wondering how old this episode was then saw the blackberry
2 hours before the emergency CT scan?
2013, according to the closing credits.
Thats going to be a funny story when lioness is older 😂
