Drummer is Eddie Marshall, whats the bass players name?

I think that may be Jeff Carney. He was on Forman's "Full Circle" album released in 1984.
Back then, Carney used to tear it up every Wednesday night with sax player Don Weed in a San Francisco nightclub called the Camelot. I was a big fan.
