I worked for best buy distribution if i remember right the box from pop comes as a box of 10 and the chases are random in the boxes. we got yelled at for cherry picking collectables like this and this looks like that. we were told to pull out the number we didnt need from the top of the box throw the rest in the empty then fill the next order from that box.
We sell loads of these pops from where I work at diamond comics uk straight from funko, an we get damages from them not all the time cant be helped. You only get 1 chase pair one box of 6 so if you was to buy straight from funko you'd certainty get a chase 👍
Not 1 chase! The common surprisingly still has a decent value which usually doesn't happen if there's a chase variant so not a total loss 😊
My Walmart exclusive rocket had a box cutter cut across The Whole bottom and a inch long cut into the box on top

Yeah that's why I never order from them online, only pick up in store. Every pop I've ever ordered got to me completely trashed, whether it be transit or how it went in the box to begin with. So if they have an exclusive I want, if I dont find it in store, I ain't getting it.

Barnes and Noble has awful pop shipping! A little bit of paper/ and or a bubble pillow is not going to protect a pop! You need to ship your pops in sorter boxes wrapped in bubble wrap! Darn they screwed you over by shipping those separately!
I had a very similar experience as the video. I ordered 4 Mugatu, 1 Zoolander and 1 Hansel (He’s so hot right now). They split my order into 4 separate shipments. Mugatu was sent n 2 shipments of 2 Pops each and none were a Chase. Zoolander was shipped solo n a box that wasn’t deep enough but they pushed down on it enough to tape it and 1 of the boxes with 2 Mugatu came with almost every side crushed n. All 6 Pops I ordered had damage. I returned them all for a refund.
I would return them all due to damage to every one of them. Not all funko pop boxes are perfect and some will have flaws due to handling but all 10 damaged is unacceptable.
On every box you find something wrong, i wonder if you can find a funko pop with a 100% perfect box, it's imposible to find, always will exist a little mistake from shiping, i have a funko pop with The Fash and have some yellow paint from lighting on the face, this is a serious damage
Just send them back to B&N and make your money back the easy way!? Why waste all the time listing (for disappointed reviews)?
I prefer you pick the box number, can be manipulated but...I personally read this as a scam deal, I was going to change that but NO, bad bad deal.
putting in separate boxes think of the enviroment and waste of time and space in there vans what a waste of time may be getting more than one person in the warehouse to package your order up
and an increase of chance getting on different days and they ran out of bubble wrap and ran out of the normal boxes
you have made some money on all those empty boxes to put your own selling goods in
they had no chases only the runts of the litter of boxes left are you going to complain about all the damaged boxes
I’m going to guess the difference in shipping is people packing who know what pops are and people who don’t, if u knew that the boxes are important you’d take the extra 10 seconds to pack it well

come on Clint..you pick apart the shape of the boxes..let be real here..do you really think that these companies care while thery are being stored for sale that they really take that much care in the storage of these boxes??...they dont..the little bit of damage that you are talking about with the boxes is aceptable to these companies....the damage you are talking about is very minimal to these companies...the way that you go on about it..you want them to wear white gloves and carefully put the stock into shipping boxes...never happen....LOL...I mean I get how you want the boxes in perfect condition for collectors...but these companies just dont care as much as you want them to about it
To be fair, if you spent your hard earned money on items for resale and they show up damaged, you would feel the same way as Clint, so unless you do what he does, you have no right to say

No, I shoot all of my pallet videos on the main floor of our house in my work office. I shoot all non pallet videos on the 2nd story of our house in my "sneaker room"
I work at Barnes and Noble and I can tell you that we don't get many chase variants in general. I assume that's something to do with the funko company sending it to us. I'm not sure about the shipping individually problem because I don't work at the warehouses. But I've been working with Barnes for a year now and I, personally have only seen 1-3 chase ever come into the store.
B&N wasted a TON of money shipping all 10 pops individually since I get free shipping for my membership
This 👆🏻 I was a manager at B&N for 5 years and I saw one chase the entire time. If he ordered 10 but individually, they will send 10 different boxes.

I had a seller from Mercari use an envelope on my funko pop after I had to pay the usual $4.25 for shipping! I paid an extra $4.25 for an envelope! The box was sooo crushed & the window was kinda caved in but luckily the pop was okay! So now I’m more cautious which is good but usually if I don’t have to pay shipping for a funko I won’t now.
If I were you I would return all the damaged ones and make them replace them there is absolutely no excuse for them to send you merchandise that is that damaged especially an item that people collect
I think, given they were soldout as soon as you bought, them that you got the odd-lot leftovers, is why so many were damaged. If I were you, I'd send the defective ones all back. The mint ones will sell for $15 each, according to PPG, which should be double of what you paid.
Same thing happened to me when I purchased from Barnes and Noble trying to get a chase. All shipped in separate boxes and all were damaged. They really need to look into how they pull and pack their orders. So much money lost just for shipping.
