Hey Jason I really like your videos they are very informative I am currently looking to advance my career into a superintendent role I have been in the laborers union in NJ for over 10 years now and have been foreman/general foreman for 7 of those years but the company I am at now has no more room for advancement my question is are there any courses or certificates that you would suggest to make me more hireable by the big company's like a skanska or a Kiewit I am also retired Coast Guard so I have the GI bill but can't afford to take that much time off work to get a construction management degree if you could help in any way point me in the right direction any advice would be greatly appreciated and thank you again for the great videos @jasonschroeder

@@jasonwilliamschroeder I have not honestly everything I have learned about being a foreman/leader has been from a couple of good superintendents I have had that were willing to teach me and I learned a lot of leadership skills while I did 4 years in the coast guard
