No, Chris stated in a livestream that this was one of the first songs made for Infamous but didn't make the cut, so they released it with the deluxe edition because they believed this song was still great. MIW already stated they're not going back to their creatures sound, they're taking going in the Infamous direction and expanding on its ideas. Still some songs will be like Immaculate Mis./Devil's Night, but you will have a batch that will sound related to Sick from the Melt/Synthetic Love.
