I have been using usha food processor since last 8 years..
It's grt..
We can use either side..
The other wud simply run..
Use safety cap on chutney jar side while using big plastic jar..
When using chutney jar side, just make sure to close the plastic jar n keep in lock position..it wud still run but it's perfectly fine..
I have used the kneading function to make large batches of colorful dough for colorful puris n I must say usha food processor was a blessing..
I have also used it to grate 3-4 kgs of carrots for gajar ka halwa n it was a grt support..
Have also used mincing blade for keema etc..
Only attachment that I need to use is juicer which I missed on using..

How to run individually jar side or other side?
Or both side must be run?
Hi, a safety cap is provided which shall be used while using the Bowl side. The Bowl side gets operational only when the safety cap is placed as featured in the video.
Can I get a replacement for jar if it's broken within warranty period?
Hi Preethi, the product warranty does not cover the breakage or damage to components made out of Bakelite, Urea, ABS, SAN and
such plastic materials, rubber parts and cord. The same has been mentioned on the instruction manual (Page 15) provided along with the product.

How to remove the bowl from machine

If I am using mixer, processor jar spin rod is also rotating. If mixer jar and processor jar both are connected, both are working simultaneously. Is this normal function of the machine or am I using incorrectly? Can I stop one function while using other?

How to price
Hi, the price for Usha Food Processor 2663 is ₹10790/-
Overload ka button agar on hojaye to kya kare?
Mixer is fitted with an overload protector off mechanism to avoid motor burning due to
overloading.
In case of excess loading of ingredients in the jar or very thick paste or low voltage conditions,
your USHA mixer grinder automatically switches off due to overloading, and the red knob at
the bottom will come out. If this happens, switch off your mixer grinder and then remove the
excess ingredients / add sufficient water in case of a thick paste and wait for 2-3 minutes. Press
the red knob and start the mixer again.

Worst food processor I have come across. Right from buying since last 3 years repaired 14 times. The noise is so much as if it is an industrial mixer. Would like to see somebody from USHA's customer satisfaction visit and have a look at the mixer. I would recommend this brand and model to anybody.
