I live in the ME, in the Persian Gulf. These are peaceful people, the foreigners as well as locals are free to do what they want; except some of the weaker, poor workers who unforunately come here by unscrupulous agents; but that's a different social problem, nothing to do with the Islamic religion; people here are religious, but not all are. The people all get along okay with each other in general.
Mashallah. May Allah help her expedite her change over to being a full and pure muslim. And btw to all the haters : Allah says in the Qu'ran that he will protect and sustain Islam. Surely you are not that stupid to have ignored the history and politics. All the superpower nations in the world has struggled to curb this religion of Allah. Has any one ever succeeded?
