Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I've watched a billion videos and you're the only one who explained fabric to leader direction, top and bottom of quilt AND relax and enjoy. Perfection and stress are not in the recipe. God bless!
I'm a late comer/ newbee to long arm quilting and I wish you lived next door. Lol Thank you for an awesome and calm video. You are a great teacher and have a good sense of humor. Now a new subscriber. 😊
Great tutorial! Finally a video that shows a backing fabric with a right and wrong side so I can do that correctly the first time. 😁 Thanks for making this video, I'm sure I will watch it often.
This is by far the best video I have seen about loading a long arm. From all the other videos I watched I could never tell which way the leaders were wrapped around the poles. Your video showed this. Thank you so much!
I loved, loved, your explanation of how to load a quilt on the this frame! Best no nonsense, yet also made me smile, explanation ever! Thank you! Thank you!
I’ve had the toughest week of my life for reasons that have nothing to do with quilting. I haven’t laughed, haven’t smiled - I have barely even spoken a word. For some unknown reason today I decided to watch videos. This video popped up for me to watch. I remember watching your original video so I thought I would watch this one. Now I know why. I finally smiled. Your comment ‘just like everything else in life less is more, except fried chicken’ made me smile. That seems like a small thing, but after the week I have had it’s monumental. Thanks for a great video.
I have watched your original video several times and it has been my favorite tutorial on loading on my Avante. This one is just as great. Love your spirit and teaching method. I too have much more white hair and had the same type cataract surgery where I can see distance without glasses but now can’t see up close 😏. Thank you for this tutorial.
I’m very new to long arm quilting. I just got my loft frame one month ago. Will I be able to load my loft the same way that you showed in this video? And yes, I love your humor. I had a few giggles throughout this video. Thank you
Hey there. I do it the same way every time. It is funny to watch the video I did 12 years ago - I have loaded 1000's of quilts the same way. Keeps the bottom square. I just like for things to be neat and we quilt for a lot of people in addition to my stuff. Thanks for watching!

That is my issue with videos - a lot of times they don't cover all the bases and all the steps are important!!

Would you do a video on your threads, needle size, and bobbins where you avoid tension problems? 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
@sudiefoster5957 yes, I sure will when I'm back next week. It's long overdue!
Great video
Wonderful technique.
Also yes to more fried chicken, peas, and fried catfish!
Thank you sooo much for doing this video. It was so clear how to load!!!!!
Thank you!!! I love this way and I will give it a try on my next quilt!!!!!!
Love your video! Very helpful!
I just found you and love your comments about less is more except for fried chicken and purple hull peas!!!😊. Also love your video!

Praying for you Kathie and sending you good vibes. I hope life gets better for you soon.

Awesome instructions for those of us who are very “manual “. Appreciate it, thanks!

Great video! I’ve never seen anyone roll the batting up with the backing, it keeps it smooth and out of the way. I’m going to have to try it!
Great video. I've never seen a quilt loaded with the batting going on the pole. Can you use that same process with a queen or king size quilt?

Thank you. I'll try this method on a smaller quilt to start with and work my way to the bigger quilts. Take care.
