Why Metawin?... he sounded so bad..he ruined the production. It was an insult to filipino male singers who are equally good-looking but better singers and popular.

They had back vocals and Win didn't need it, it's very audible that there's 2 voices that's why Win couldn't hear if the key he is singing in is correct. Blame the organization, not Win.

@@Ahtistahin I wasnt putting the blame on Metawin... He is obviously not a singer which made him unsuitable for serenading the candidates. Yes, I agree, it's the organization's fault, and I was only asking why they chose "Metawin" amongst countless better asian or filipino performers around.

@@ramm1338 He is a singer, not a vocalist. I was trying to say that his voice was eaten by the pre-recorded version. Also they decided to pick him because it will help them sell tickets since he has a huge fan base in the Philippines and worldwide.

@@Ahtistahin Well, I personally do not think that the People who bought tickets were enticed to watch MUph live also because of Metawin's presence. The MOA arena had always been full, regardless of who the performers were. BUT yes, undoubtedly he is not a vocalist.. and a singer neither.
u seem to emphasize that he's really one, but his performances showed otherwise .. It also seems like your defending him so seriously, Im not here to argue with anyone though. You are his fan, I respect your choice.. Above all, as a viewer of the recent MUph, my initial posted comment was just my own feedback, specifically on some parts of the show's production, which may or may not be considered by MUph org to rectify their flaws or as essential for the improvement of their future pageants.
