  • Hi! Welcome to the artist dailies ✎ a cozy series of daily pages in my journal and snippets of life, to bring you comfort in your day ♡
In this ep.7, I am sharing the first month of 2024 in my Hobonichi HON, and the different systems I tried with it. Lots of changes and tests, I’m trying to find the fun it in everyday, which can be a bit of a challenge sometimes when the activity is quite repetitive. I still pretty much enjoy the process, and I’m happy to share all that here with you guys. Grab your pens and journals, and let’s make some beautiful pages together ❋
    Materials & Tools
Planner: Hobonichi HON A5 (Tomitaro Makino)
    Cover: Hobonichi HON clear cover
    Pens: Muji Ballpoint pen 0.5
    V5 hi-tecpoint 0.5
Uni-ball Eye Needle pen (fine & micro)
    Mildliner (gray)
    Have a nice day ♡

when it comes to trackers, im actually more interested in tracking things i have no.. control.. over? like, i am tracking days when im sick, days when i have panic attacks, days when im in pain, or when i dont go outside my apartment, stuff like that, rather than if i did my morning skincare routine or took multivitamins or something haha -- i find the trend information more helpful

That makes a lot of sense!! I agree, whenever I was looking for inspiration, I did see a lot of "everyday task" being tracked, but soon realized it wasn't of much help (especially if they are quite automatic tasks). It's fun to test things and learn ^^ sleep tracker was actually a big reveal personally~

I love what you’ve done with your turning the page section. I have been too overwhelmed to use it but that quarterly goals idea is great! Thanks for sharing! ❤

Love the way you use washi tapes to design, I've been using the same style in my cousin too, thank you for the inspiration always! I'm curious, 1. What made you switch to writing the days yourself instead of the stamps? and 2. What questions do you ask yourself when you journal/what runs through your mind when you write about your day?
Excited to see your February entries and hoping for more language planner content when you have the time! xx

Nice!! Yeah it's a simple way to make a cute page in no time ^^ To answer your questions: I stopped using the stamps during the break actually, because I didn't bring them while travelling, and I haven't taken the time to use them again when I came back X) maybe at some point I'll bring them back! and for the second one, I kind of just write whatever happened that day, and sometimes I feel like I need to expand on one specific topic, how I was feeling, or if it reminds me of another time that happened, or some goals I want to achieve. It varies for sure! Thank you for your comment, always :3
