i think the art direction taken in vs baddies is really great, cass has shown to be really capable of replication the fnf style, so instead she goes in a completely different direction for kassetto. it really helps the mod shine and not just feel like a 'replacement' (both are really great)
the Phantom Arcade artstyle of cassette girl represent the chill lofi beat vocaloid of the Ukiyo song while the other cassette girl with a unique baddie artstyle sound like a rock guitar notes vocaloid since it has a higher pitch.

Vs Baddies CG has a very nice and very expressive animation, although I feel that the angle of her head does not match the angle of all the characters (Or is her head too small?), her voice is also beautiful, it matches the songs of the mod, but I would like to hear the Cassete Girl from the first mod sing the songs of Vs Baddies because I also feel that it would combine very well. Both are fine, although I like the first one better because she has untied shoelaces very good cover
