I mean, this has been a consistent problem in game for several years. Not tahm kench, but champions that abuse healing in general. How many aatroxs have we seen in worlds, getting focused by 4 people yet refusing to die in spite of having a pure dmg build? The only readily available solution is to buy antiheal, but we're all well aware of how utterly useless antiheal itself is, not to even mention the items providing it are complete garbage (don't even get me started on being forced to invest 800g into a bramble vest while playing against an AP healer like vlad/gwen/sylas due to lack of a MR antiheal item). The only other solution is to specifically build a teamcomp with %maxHP dmg/enough burst, which let's face it, people below plat aren't even equipped to do, and people above gold opt out of doing because it either requires communicating with their team, or at least the will to pick a different champion than they wanted to play... Another factor that's making things worse is the fact the game keeps speeding up, and most champions get to cycle through their abilities several times during 1 fight, which in tahmkench's case is borderline absurd, having a shield every 2s and his high dmg+healing q every 3s

Champs get nerfed for dealing as much damage in a full combo as lethality Caitlyn does in one auto. I'm tired of ADCs playing with lethality.
