Lol you're so delusional if you think Sugar's more intellectually capable than Corinne. She's the pin-up, so to speak, for neuroticism in survivor. Literally three-fourths of the cast detested her, but had to put up with her for strategic purposes, in a scenario not unlike Colton Cumbie's in One World. Corinne's speaking, albeit a little too crudely at times, on behalf of a lot of Gabon's cast.
@@jackdew588 no I'm not delusional at all, just because Corrine may have more educational and work related experience, doesn't make her smarter than Sugar, until You learn that overall moral capability and experience with dealing with people on more than a cutthroat, I have more than you, I am more than you mentality, you still have a lot of work to do. Random person #20 I think if all we had to go off of was what we saw on TV, I’d agree with you. Problem is, that’s like 1% of the puzzle. So many castaways from Gabon have attested to how constant her crying was, and how little she was liked. Further, editing glosses over things that make for bad TV, which is why you don’t see thirty-odd instances of her crying on the screen.
So true, Corinne near singlehandedly destroyed the game for her alliance by alienating Susie and Sugar. She’s only remembered because of her disgusting jury speech.
Nowadays people on Survivor are kind of boring because they are afraid of the backlash. We've had a lot of seasons of people not telling how they feel, even when they clearly dislike someone. I blame the newest jury format for that
How is corrine a sales rep... also why is she so mad at sugar she went on survivor for a personal journey after a death and just bullied her when she got stressed out
This is a game to win a million dollars not to fucking find yourself. I would be piss to, if someone not even here to play. What’s the purpose of being on the show? You can’t reason with people like sugar. Which is why they need to leave early. Which she did luckily.

Sugar should have fired back and called Corinne "a mentally retarded, sexually unappealing old cougar who will end up never marrying, never having children and living in a cardboard box in Mexico, who deserves to be lobotomized and committed for life."
1:23 gives us clear evidence that Sugar was a better player than Corinne. Corinne's inability to see that she wasn't in the position to choose the boot at this stage contributed to getting her closest ally booted. And Randy was next anyway. Really bad Survivor play
No. She votes Randy out, it's over. That was the only possible move she could have made, and she did it well. Had it been anyone else as the swing vote, it would've gone better, but it was the one person she was constantly mean to, Sugar was not a better player. Sugar was a carried goat.
I Am Too Lazy To Come Up With A Name swing votes are extremely important, sugar dissolved the most powerful alliance (Corinne, Charlie, Randy), empowered fang and then destroyed them. If sugar went about the game expressing herself differently and didn’t bomb her FTC she could’ve won the million. Also if you think Corinne is a better player than Sugar, than clearly you’re delusional because sugar ended her game with half a brain cell.
Sugar really wasn't. She played that part as a strategy. She was very well off by herself and was a working actress. She used that as bait and they took it. Sugar knew she was being played and she turned the tables on them. Karma is a bitch!
@@clamshell6863 Sugar was the true MVP of Gabon, she could’ve won if she owned her game, and if the jury wasn’t made up of some of the most bitter people to ever play the game.

@@JaemeelRobinsonI mean with Corrines blind hatred (and jealousy) of her, it would have been nearly impossible, so rocking the boat towards her favoured victor was probably her safest move
lmaoo the corrine girl really wanted and needed so desperately for the sugar girl to be the stupid pretty girl. sike clearly sugar was much more socially agile and aware than corrine. she seemed so bitter that sugar didn't end up being the stupid pretty girl. fact is she became even more bitter when she realized that not only was sugar prettier than her (let's be real, she made assumptions and projected so much shit on sugar right off the bat based on her looks and lifestyle) but smarter than her too lol
potbotra if you had watched the show, you would know that she is not socially agile. sugar made it to the finale and got 0 votes to win. she also returned in another season and was first voted off because no one liked her and thought she was clingy and annoying. corinne also returned in a later season and actually made it pretty far.
I've worked with people like Corinne before and they can be an absolute nightmare to deal with. Part of growing up is learning to work with people different than you, sometimes ones you don't like or particularly respect. It's not easy but a smart person realizes that going out of your way to antagonize and demonize someone you dislike can often stem from your own self serving ego rather than there being any real serious issue with that person worth going out of your way to make a big deal about and can in fact cause larger and more direct problems than what is being complained about.
6:18 Sugar was absolutely right the game is the game but don’t be fake to literally everyone you meet and then get mad when it backfires on you because you can’t remember who you were being fake to😂
These people should have a second chance: Ace Gordon Charlie Herschel Ken Hoang There are others who deserve another chance but these three are underrated and can do really well in the new survivor gameplay.
I love the game that Sugar played on Gabon, I think socially she was one of the most adept and did a great job for the majority of the season of utilizing her leverage as a power player by being someone both alliances tried to gain allegiance in. If I was a member of that jury, I definitely would have given her my vote to win!!!
One part of survivor that honestly irks me is the jury speeches at the end. They are usually such bitter assholes. I liked how in gabon bob, sugar and susie didn't take shit from the jury or try to suck up to them.
bigbuffguy95 how exactly do they lack life experience? Their experience is simply different, not less. Everyone lives life differently and absolutely everyone has something new to teach us, no matter where they come from or their background. Kinda late to this comment but I think Corinne made a good point in the reunion where she said “if she didn’t like someone in real life she just wouldn’t spend time with them” but in this case she couldn’t avoid Sugar so she just lashed out
I love Sugar so much, but Corrine and Randy crack me up! Sugar is sooo much smarter than Corrine and that drives her nuts.
I don't care who doesn't like her, it was quite a few people on that episode that was just like Corinne. Enjoy the rest of your day.
cjbfire95 I think just because you see a limited palette of sentiments from people like Corinne and randy, along with others, doesn’t mean that that’s how malicious they are in real life. It’s a really tough case to allege that sugar is more intellectually capable than almost anyone in that cast.
Jack Dew Sugar certainly shows a higher level of emotional maturity and emotional intelligence than Corrine does.
It's funny that Corinne thinks she crowned the winner when the real decision was made by Sugar at f4 lol.
So true, Corinne near singlehandedly destroyed the game for her alliance by alienating Susie and Sugar. She’s only remembered because of her disgusting jury speech.
idk why but i love Corrine and how she had no filter that season LMFAO
I DO TOO everyone's booing her but I was loving it
She's my queen :)
i always thought she was so irrelevant and useless but if you like her that’s your opinion so i respect it
She's a try hard and a wannabe
Nowadays people on Survivor are kind of boring because they are afraid of the backlash. We've had a lot of seasons of people not telling how they feel, even when they clearly dislike someone. I blame the newest jury format for that
Corinne thinks very highly of herself.
Corinne's head is the Bates Motel.
Corrinne (who was in her 20s here but looked like a 44 year old divorcee) was massively jealous of Sugar
The "self righteous and high and mighty speech" was so hypocritical.
Which she did luckily.
most successful people in business are egotistical narcissists who have no self awareness lol she falls into that category perfectly
Emily131004 Perez fair
@@jr370113 What do you mean? Survivor can be a personal journey for some people and it has been for multiple contestants. I think Sugar honestly handled herself really well in Gabon and there was no reason for her to go early.
@@jr370113 oh please, Sugar played the best game of the season next to Susie, Kenny, and Crystal. Everyone on the jury underestimated her, and lost because of it. Bunch of bitter and petty assholes.
I LOVED the Sugar shack. She would just sit there, eating her fruit all day lol
It was great. "What do you draw on?"
Well Jeff, all the FOOD I get to eat, while everyone else is STARVING.
Ngl that "crying about your dead father" part of Corinne's jury speech still irks me
Same! Like, if she lost her father as well, she’d be acting the same way that Sugar did. It’s absolutely ridiculous that she has the audacity to talk about someone else’s “dead father.” She is a rude, arrogant, and overall a horrible person in this competition.
@@ilikepeachesandwhippedcrea5632 seriously.. especially with how recent it was at the time. When my dad died I was a complete mess for a good 2 years or so before I even started getting back to normal. I would've absolutely lost it if someone said that to me a few months after it happened.
I feel like she just couldn’t handle losing to someone she perceived as being below her, such an entitled and elitist b*tch.
i cant imagine her acting like that if she knew what it was like to lose a parent or close friend. its the hardest thing in the world to deal with especially when youre still young
Sugar should have fired back and called Corinne "a mentally retarded, sexually unappealing old cougar who will end up never marrying, never having children and living in a cardboard box in Mexico, who deserves to be lobotomized and committed for life."
Sugar lives in Corinne’s head rent free 😂
She doesn’t like people that live off the kindness of others
She doesn't like it because she doesn't understand what kindness is.
encycl07pedia that’s not the reason but okay.........
Lol when they all boo’d her 😂
She deserved it
@@brokenpikachu9491 Unlike what happened to Jerri
Corrinne can't handle confrontation. She's an awful person don't get me wrong. But she can only sting when the other person is mute or defenseless, hence her biting confessionals and jury speeches.

The spiteful duo of Randy and Corinne was hilarious
This was a hilarious rivalry. I hated the jury comment she made but she was great TV
Gabon was like a SNL version of Survivor
Corrine was sooooo delusional lmao
Sugar is easily one of my favorite Survivor players, everyone thought she was a dumb blonde while she singlehandedly decided the outcome of the season.
Shame she wasn't smart enough to decide it in her own favour I guess.
@@JaemeelRobinsonI mean with Corrines blind hatred (and jealousy) of her, it would have been nearly impossible, so rocking the boat towards her favoured victor was probably her safest move

lmaoo the corrine girl really wanted and needed so desperately for the sugar girl to be the stupid pretty girl. sike clearly sugar was much more socially agile and aware than corrine. she seemed so bitter that sugar didn't end up being the stupid pretty girl. fact is she became even more bitter when she realized that not only was sugar prettier than her (let's be real, she made assumptions and projected so much shit on sugar right off the bat based on her looks and lifestyle) but smarter than her too lol
have you even watched the show
@@lol-oc4yv have you ever lived in the real world???
potbotra what does that have to do with literally ANYTHING, i asked: have you watched the show?
@@lol-oc4yv and your so called question does? as far as im concerned we're both dealing in polemics no?
potbotra if you had watched the show, you would know that she is not socially agile. sugar made it to the finale and got 0 votes to win. she also returned in another season and was first voted off because no one liked her and thought she was clingy and annoying. corinne also returned in a later season and actually made it pretty far.
This really is the perfect example of YIN YANG.
This makes Colby and jerri looks like friends
Colby and Jerri did have some friendly moments and more of a spiky rivalry than a bitter clash.
6:18 Sugar was absolutely right the game is the game but don’t be fake to literally everyone you meet and then get mad when it backfires on you because you can’t remember who you were being fake to😂
Corinne is the literal worst.
These people should have a second chance:
Ace Gordon
Charlie Herschel
Ken Hoang
There are others who deserve another chance but these three are underrated and can do really well in the new survivor gameplay.
I think you're missing the God of Blazing Speed Crystal Cox.
and Matty an Marcus
Especially ken
Mattia Dema I wonder who he would of replaced
Ace was casted for HvV, but was cut three days early
I love the game that Sugar played on Gabon, I think socially she was one of the most adept and did a great job for the majority of the season of utilizing her leverage as a power player by being someone both alliances tried to gain allegiance in. If I was a member of that jury, I definitely would have given her my vote to win!!!
Corrine isn't good at confrontation unless she's rehearsed a speech. She's endlessly entertaining behind peoples' backs, though lol
I loved Sugar, "it was like cancer in my ears" haha
One part of survivor that honestly irks me is the jury speeches at the end. They are usually such bitter assholes. I liked how in gabon bob, sugar and susie didn't take shit from the jury or try to suck up to them.
Imagine thinking you can’t learn a life lesson from a waitress or someone without a college degree
It was good advice, too. Sugar was right on the money.
They lack life experience. Corrine wasn't too nice but she wasn't entirely wrong.
bigbuffguy95 how exactly do they lack life experience? Their experience is simply different, not less. Everyone lives life differently and absolutely everyone has something new to teach us, no matter where they come from or their background. Not believing that and being so close minded will not leave you with much space to grow as a person and expand your viewpoints

I question your use of "outplay" here, given that her "strategic" decision-making was more often based on wherever her heart pulled her. One they got the numbers, she was a shoe-in for the FTC, because everyone in her alliance knew she'd never win.
This was such an iconic season. Would've been even better if Susie took the million.
hahahhahahahahahahaha exactly. that would have done justice to this totally mutant season.
“She’s so stupid that it’s dangerous”
One of the best quotes ever
I always liked Sugar, I thought she was nice, and thought it was cool how she always managed to escape eliminations.
This season was probably one of the most entertaining. Sugar controlled every aspect of this game which was so crazy. It's a shame that there was so much bitterness on this jury.

Corrine is the origin of Karen? Light me up america!
R.I.P. Dan. He wasn’t given enough chance here.
Corrine just doesn’t like people who are different from her. She’s probably the type of person who thinks “hating children” is a personality trait
There’s a special place in Hell for someone who throws shade at someone’s deceased family member.
Both Corinne and Randy must smoke 4 packs a day....cos they both look way older than their 29 and 49 years respectively.
She was 29?? Wtf I thought she was like 40 lmao
I don't know about Randy since he always looks angry @ the world and I don't know if Corinne's a smoker but she describes herself on Twitter as an "advanced drinker". Excess drinking could wreak havoc with your looks as does excessive sun exposure plus she doesn't look that old anyway (she's now 42).
So satisfying when sugar outlasted them both..
Corrine is just nasty
If she's Sugar, than Corrine is Salt
LMAOO SUGAR HAD HER SO MAD
Ya know, watching this back I can see why Corrinne lost her shit with Sugar. Imagine having to listen to someone that you don't respect, who just gained power, talking down to you because she could, and doing so in the self-righteous way that Sugar spoke to Corrinne. And you just have to sit there, listen and bite your tongue. Corrinne went too far, but I can see why she reacted the way she did.
Lots of people play things up for the cameras so they can get featured at FTC she played things up constantly and you can see it, fuck Corinne honestly

I agree, she was the most naturally hillarious on Caramoan. the way she couldn't stand Phillip was flawless :)))
It's so sad how so many great people this season didn't get a second chance. Ken? Crystal? Matty? Ace? Charlie? And even Corinne and Sugar's second chances were a little disappointing. I loved both of these girls, maybe not as people but as entertainment for sure.
