Sometimes I think, let's get lost in one. And if you have to do that, then there are so many addresses in the lap of nature. Finding such an address, we went out. Let's go to a different Dooars.
It is Dakshin Dhupjhora a small village at the cradle of Himalayan Range, close to the Murti River & next to the deep forest of Gorumara National Park.
We have spent three unforgettable days of our life over there. This is the first part of the series. It includes the beginning of our journey from Kolkata to our destination. We have enjoyed at the bank of river Murti, visited tea garden & witnessed the wildness of Natures beauty. Some of the details are as follows -
Train - 03149 Kanchankanya Special Express from Sealdah to New Mal Junction
From New Mal Junction we had our car prebooked. You may also checkout their contact details of the following drivers for your refence. It costs around ₹800 for pickup from Station. For the pickup from New Jalpaiguri it will cost ₹2000 & from Bagdogra Airport it will cost ₹2500.

We made a short trip near Murti River & Chaophali Tea Garden at the evening. We had our Toto Driver ([phone]) who guided us through the tea garden & helped us to spot the Peacocks. It was an amazing experience.
