    Shi is a nice guy. He takes the time to show us what a “No Lift” looks like during warm ups because he doesn’t get to show it on the platform.

      He was getting dizzy verge of blacking out.
      He cut out all his carbs I bet that’s what was making him dizzy
      Did the same to me even at just 75lbs warm ups
      Took me about a month to figure out wtf was going on
      I added honey along with my pre workout and it fixed the problem

      I think he also said the air in the venue was kind of thick so it was hard to get oxygen into the body

      @@AKVT-uz2gj he didn’t do that. The nutritionists aren’t dumb. The air was different from what he was used to to and his body didn’t recover well

      The 169 kg snatch was a WR. This was the 2020 Asian Champs which took place in 2021 because of COVID.
