Hey guys, Mondays are for new beginnings and why not add a new recipe. Today's recipe is mashed potatoes. I hope you'll enjoy it. Also, don't hesitate to share how you prepare yours on the comment section.

I boil with salt and enough garlic to add taste, then later fry onions separately, add the boiled potatoes then mash and add a little margarine while hot.

Before mashing I add a little oil and raw onions,it’s crunchy the way I like it...will try this way though...hacked the biriani the other day for the first time! Good job!

I don’t add onions to mashed potatoes (personal preference I guess). But rather I boil the potatoes then as I mash it, I add butter, some salt and milk. (Tastes so damn good)

You need to add warm milk and melted butter then use the electric whisker( if you have one) you will achieve the perfect consistency.
