What this character shows is that hate and pain just bring out more hate and pain. It hits those people the most who have nothing to do with it. Don Flamingo is not a evil person because he is just evil out off himself. And I don't even think that he actually thinks of himself that what he does is evil. But he believes in his own justice. And that is that other humans don't deserve merci. But there is one difference. It is not justice. It is just his version. Therefore nothing will justify what he has done/ will do.
