I bought the iLoud MTMs. They are absolutely incredible. They sound like magic. It's a treat to listen to them every day. I bought them for mixing and they are incredibly clear and make mixing decisions so much more obvious and consistent. However, they're my favorite near field speakers I've ever heard. If you set the bass to 60hz rolloff and -3db low shelf at 80hz, they get significantly louder probably 2 or 3 times as loud while staying perfect. This is enough to begin to fill rooms rather than a near field setup The next thing I'm getting will be a subwoofer so I can blast them. (Hope iLoud makes a self calibrating sub)
Two features not mentioned are that they have a very flat phase response (usually a feature in much more expensive studio monitor systems) and have a very narrow vertical spread to reduce reflections off of the table they are on.

Problem with German parties is that they tend to last a few years and not all neighbours are really happy with it.

What sub did you get?
I love audio and I love speakers/headphones but the OCD in me says that clutter would drive me up a fuggin wall. In 5 years Zeos' apartment is going to be a very interesting episode of hoarders. There will be 6 cats a couple dead neighbors and 400 sets of speakers/amps/headphones errywhere.
The Yard Sales have sold a LOT of good speakers. I can always sell more and buy a used porsche. Maybe I will wait and sell enough to buy a New porsche.
Just got my CV19 ND1 Miata club (Manual + soft top + rwd + red = fap fap fap) for $10k OTD. Yeah Porsche’s are cooler and as we all know add 3 inches to your penor but I’ll take the cheap reliable sleeper car any day. Can’t wait to here your Buchardt a500 reviews later this summer. It should make the S400s blush and likely will spooge all over the M3a/m5a as well.

I got the S803 for $115 new and they gotta be the best purchase I've ever made. Finish has a couple of blemishes but as soon as I turn em on, oooh baby. Can't wait to add a sub to my setup.

Broke myself building a bad azz pc and at that it's my first pc. Talking ryzen 5900x, evga ftw3 ultra rtx3080, xl case, couple monitors and tv, seinhauser hd600 with monolith thx AAA portable that I think you recommended so I bought, titan secret lab chair. I hooked tv up so i had other sound rather than headphones. Sound system I am torn on. Do I go full surround or Bookshelf speakers? Should I buy a 7.2 reciever and build from there or couple powered bookshelves good?

I got the kef q100 on my desk after watching one of your old reviews. They are amazing and fit my desk nicely. I got them recently, so I'm pretty sure you can still get them in the EU,

I bought the Mackies thanks to Z. I love them for my desk speakers.
As did I. They replaced a pair of LSR305's, and I couldn't be more pleased.
@@Veritas0589 Why replace the Mackie with the JBL? Does the Mackie sound as good as the JBL at higher volume? What's the biggest difference you've noticed? Trying to decide between these two as well.
Zeos You forgot klipschs and jamos on headphone wall
Emotiva XRM6.1, Klipsch RP150m, Jamo C601, I added them to the description. I will describe them here. The Baby jamos up top are adorably sexy. First real great small speaker and tweeter on bottom. The Klipsch are one of the best nearfield passives you can buy, But JBL 530 exists, The Emotiva were my first purchased speaker. Like REAL speaker. Now that I listen to them they are harsh. But I would never sell them.
ALSO, I forgot the Massive Yamaha HS8 and Polk OWM3's in my old bedroom above the bed on the shelf.. I added those to the list. Closing in on 5000 character limit.
You also forgot the subwoofers in the living room

Those Micca in the top left corner of your closet look EXACTLY like the vintage Canton Plus series (Plus S, Plus X etc.)! I have a couple of these Cantons and they're AWESOME. Great for near-field, e. g. for PC desk sound (as long as you have a subwoofer to support them in the base region), and they would also make for great surrounds or even center channel (again, with a sub).

are the ZMF Aeolus and auteur still top tier headphones that you would recommend?
if i love the hd 6xx/650 and the lcd2 classics, would the ZMF autuer or Aeolus be a good upgrade?
i am not looking for a major sound change as i love my lcd2 classics, but i want around the same or a bit more bass amount, while with having a tiny bit more treble, and i dont really have a preference for the mids, so around the same would be fine i guess, and better sound stage and imaging if possible
i use my headphones as my primary and only audio source, so for music like edm (like the group above and beyond mostly for that type of edm) and all media from movies/shows/anime, to video games as video games is my biggest hobby

@zreviews I can see myself on you!!! There are times that I want to remove my speakers and use them in other places and enjoy listening to them. And my mom gets really mad at me cause I tend to change the positions of my speakers or put them in other places, cause I’m a speaker lover too and I also have a bunch of collections hahahaha!

Hmm, interesting. My white TUK's also have one being slightly off center (to the right), will this effect the sound much?
Mine is off center on the powered one.
Won't affect sound. Just my soul. I fixed in on livestream a few weeks ago. I had to take the back out, Unscrew the driver and rotate it 90 Degrees.

I'm interested to see what you think of those Gold planar headphones. I found them while looking on amazon last night. Had no reviews or ratings.
Plenty of speakers have different dispersion below from above the tweeter (coaxials might be the same). They're not symmetrical, even very good speakers. When you flip it upside-down, you're probably getting the worse dispersion as it's the opposite of what the manufacturer had designed and recommended. You're probably recommending your viewers to intentionally worsen their listening experience. They probably won't notice though, and the placebo effect will make them happy, but just saying...
One day we'll get Zeos' Wall of Subwoofers.

I’m looking to upgrade my cheap desktop speakers at around the $300 dollar mark and was wondering if I should go with the swan m50w or the peachtree m24. It would mainly be used for music and gaming when I don’t want to wear headphones
The peachtree was really nice . I think that would be my go if a big whomping sub was not needed.
