    Hello, we use your Helium Sniffer Leak Detectors Protec P3000(XL), the analyzer very often reacts to false helium leaks, after the sniffer reacts to a leak, we apply a soapy solution but we cannot detect anything, we have done calibration many times, but this does not improve the situation, maybe we are doing something wrong and we need technical support .

    Hello , i have a question. What is this 2.0 * 10^-7 on the display?

      Hello Sagar, the reading the leak detector is displaying is a base reading of helium in air as the leak detector is sampling, which would be 2x10-7 cc/sec.

      sir am really confused about, what is leak standard, what is leak rate of the machine?
