I have lately been a bit annoyed at a tendency in ASMR to heighten the sounds and amplify them extremely, where I just need the triggers naturally to be there - this was perfect! Thank you so much. All sea-related sounds and soft, but triggering and therapeutic as well, I love this therapy style
