Temraki solved the issue with zombies materializando out of nowhere. They are just croutching with the new overpowered assassin armor level 6. Makes sense, a lot of sense, so much sense.
They made it so "Decline" for quests bring you back to the quest selection, and it keeps you on the tier you were browsing(ie you're on Tier 6 but looking through Tier 3, it keeps you on the 5 options for Tier 3 jobs). Something to keep in mind since I saw you were still closing the dialogue screen whilst browsing the Tier 6s, was a good QoL change.

Drone doesn't stay still when you're out of combat, I felt that in my soul. We all felt that.
zombies spawning in is so when you sequence break you take forever to find them, especially if you haven't done a poi before and are taking safety measures to avoid obvious looking traps.
super annoying when this screws you over in pois that are just confusing to begin with, the retirement home comes to mind for me.
One of the reasons why I don't recommend this game on steam lol
Tell that to the number of POIs that spawn a cop or big mama on my noggin when I press an innocuous button in stealth.
Regardless of intent, it feels completely arbitrary and like total garbage.
Especially with "sequence breaking". TFP can get bent: everything is a breakable block. There is an entire skill tree focused on breaking blocks. There is an entire skill tree focused on avoiding encounters. I hate to inform TFP, but their POIs don't HAVE sequences to "break" -- they have a game that fails to account for anything other than the most straight forward unga-bunga player and instead of rewarding players for being clever, they do what every child playing a make believe game does.
"You can't just drive away from the horde! There's uhhh. Super vultures! Yeah. They are attracted to vehicle noise and they will peck your eyes out. Yeah!"
"You can't side-step the trap! Because uh... The Zombies are invisible with everything proof shields that get deactivated by the trap. Yeah!"
I agree with your philosophy over-all when it comes to the mechanical benefits of leveling vs learn by reading and horde night. However, I think there is a case to be made for doing the day 7 and 14 hordes, and that is "dead levels". Raising a stat from 5 to 7 is not very rewarding (as you have commented in the past). I use those early horde nights to bank points for raising attributes quickly so I can then put points in skills that actually affect gameplay. I don't see a point for doing later horde nights, though, and I agree with you on that.
ive always hated the sudden spawn of zombies when u trigger a spot. it makes sneak, cleanup and any semblance of strategy useless. all for cheap "surprise" moment.
What is you alternative to cheap surprise? I like the idea of hundreds of zombies moving in a loose group and how to deal with that.
@@ernestcote3398 my man, did you even watch the video? 3:58 this is what we're talking about. zombies should be there already and not pop in for cheap thrill. the "surprise" is only good once or twice but ruins any player's attempt at sweeping beforehand. on your next point, we already have wandering "hordes" that i wish we had the option to increase the number of zombies per horde without killing the performance. atleast 1/4th of Days gone's horde would be great cuz they actually did zombie hordes right.
Max stealth and melee weapons are the only way I can function in the wastelands, without ammo burn. Triggering spawns, breaking line of sight works ok, until one wanders off/ falls off roof etc. i regularly stealth through, killing most, then retrack loud to get the ones is missed or didn’t trigger due to stealth

I wish they had a Tommy gun as the final weapon in the pistol tree. SMG is good, Vulture is good but a .44 auto would be wicked.
id prefer if every calibre had a weapon for the weapon level
sniper would get the Delisle Carbine for 9mm, weaker shot but better for stealth
swap the lever action to 44
get a thompson for the 44 machine gun
the UMP as the smg for the 44
maybe swap the uzi for the 9mm smg and put the MP5 as a machine gun level weapon. or maybe the other way and get another carbine in 9mm with a high fire rate
When you picked the county jail I thought. "No, the other one doesn't have the death drop the county jail does that you always say 'Nope not going that way"' Because of you, and the game, I don't do that anymore either. 🙂
I'll agree on the inconsistent screamer spawning. Often I get spawn early in the POI - without shooting a lot - and later none...
When I go to my base, a screamer *will* spawn if I have a campfire + water purifier as the only things going. It's basically guaranteed. However, another one won't spawn for probably half a day after that.
It's very consistent. I believe the reason you don't get them at every POI has to do with the timer from when a screamer last spawned for you.
Heat level need is 25 now instead of 100, but the spawn chance is 20% instead of 70%. They also messed with "cooldowns" but I don't know which "cooldown" goes with which, ability to spawn, ability to bring more screamers, etc
Unless that 3 health loss leads to a pack of vultures getting you infected
The screamers have been changed to be able to spawn on just 25 heat, but the chances for them to spawn at that heat level have decreased, and they also adjusted the time in between spawn chances. I think they're trying to guarantee screamers spawn, but not every min.
I think they failed at this balance. I'm so annoyed by screamers
Screamers are made to troll people that are doing a more passive play style like farming/mining. Everything you do makes heat even your water purifiers will create heat. Thanks fun pimps for annoying me when I'm trying to dig a dam hole.
@@terrymoose7273 I don't play passively, and I'm still inundated with them. They made it so you have to craft more things and then punish players for having to craft. I am going to be looking for a mod to adjust the screamer heat settings.
50 might be alright instead of 25. What a leap from 100 to 25 heat. geeez
Last update took away loot bags for all animals except zombie bears and dire wolves.
But today in b328 I'm getting a rare loot drop from every single cougar I kill
@@FaithOriginalisme Loot bag removal was in the patch notes for b326 hotfix. In b328, I think the mountain lion was still a extension or variation of the dire wolf, but it was changed in b330 to be it's own entity.

If you are updating to b328, you probably want to uninstall the game. Due to the update, my quest progress has dropped from T6 to T3. I don't mind, but I think you will see it differently.
Go into creative and give yourself trader tickets and you can get your trader progress back to where it was before the update
Or just be like me and always keep creative on cause I got so tired with each update I had to restart my entire progress that I said f it if fun pimps are gonna do this I might as well play by my rules and not fun pimps
@stormeel369 you do realize this is experimental right? They literally said we might run into issues and have to restart worlds since this was meant for testing out the builds and finding bugs to report.
@@Slingblade2040 it becomes a problem when every update involves oh old world no longer working please restart your grind and we are gonna make the grind even harder for you too.
I also had that happen the other day. I was very upset at the time, but probably just a lil bit now. I was close to t6 but back at t3 when it happened.
I waas surprised when you did not post about the B327 hotfix where they broke everyones prgression resetting to tier 3. Thier response we knew it would happen that is why it is called exp can't even use full words. Oh well only 2 days to full till it comes out of experimental and I imagine most youtubers will be starting new playthroughs.
Of love to see you play default settings and just go insane from how easy it is compared to this insanity

Have you done Army Post #7 yet? It's a new tier 5 POI and it spawns in several biomes.
that's a ****show of a POI. press button in main building to spawn zombies out of thin air in stairwell to ****face you. no I am not doing that again, thanks TFP.
I think one of the most rage inducing things is using up 10-15 lockpicks to open one safe and it gives you trash for loot.
You can carry more than one weapon you know? Like I do like to do the M-60/Fort Bites thing only I'm using 4 M-60's with drums and have about 2k rounds with me. I take a drone along with extra meds and ammo. Also having an auto shotty really helps with knocking down a crowd and that's more reliable than the stun baton and sledge hammers at doing that.
What mods do you use on the m-60 and the shotguns. I’m wanting tondo a build that uses them
@@abbynormall207 I use a drum mag, rad remover, duckbill and the little hand grip thing on the shotty and the M-60's have drum mags and rad removers on each three - built two found one yellow one - with a couple of other mods I found that I can't make yet. Like one has a laser sight. Another one has a muzzle break. Really can't tell much difference. But you get 120 rounds in each drum so that's 360 bullets you can go through before having to reload - really helps with these large waves of them.
I put points into machine gunner, eat Sham chowder for +1 fortitude I have points into iron gut and take consumables like Recog - then watch the chunks fly. lol!
Got the armor buff than gives +50% damage with guns.
Today I got a single piece of cloth from an end POI loot box. Tier 4, in the snow
i hate factory poi, and at the same time, that s why i love shootgun... more headshoots and dismembering
It's unlucky there isn't a way to convert regular ammo to HP or AP versions on the fly in the game, without mods. It would have helped with those T6 poi clears, rad and feral zombies.

honestly any gun with a silencer works in a stealth build now. might not do as much damage if you dont have the book. but it doesnt pull them. it also doesnt seem to pull screamers as much as if your not using a silencer. at least from my experiences.

The screamers are broken currently, I have had it where I shot like 2 bullets and 2 screamers pulled in... I have also had it where I start salvaging a fridge after using no guns and then they showed up and every time they screamed without seeing me
I love the Irony of you talking about not wanting to level up quicker throughout your play though but proceed to red the magazines you've already read, knowing they give you xp towards leveling up.
The XP is quite small though. 200 odd or so xp.
@robbailie5878 I know, but the premise still stands, he won't kill zombies during horde night to keep his level low but when walking through a poi he'll read about 30 already read mags
Because it's faster than scrapping them or dropping them AND I don't want to develop the muscle memory for wasting fucking magazines jesus christ

Army base #7 is a good POI too
I got some gloves that speed up and increase chance of Lockport and they seem to work
those big POI's are just bullet sinks, there's nothing much in there other than zombies
how are you able to put multiple of the same mod on an item? my game wont let me do that.
Not sure but I think after Screaming the screamers have a % to Summon more causing a screamer loop.. but once all screamers have been killed there’s a short cool down.. but it’s just a theory because I’ve noticed the same thing..

Instead of a 500 round drum for the SMG, how about a new model, a Gatling gun? One person loads up every carry slot w 762 and you allow that you are not picking up everything in this POI.

Yeah, but IZPrebuilt might not have wanted to take damage from drinking the water (vitamins just prevent dysentery), even if it would be a negligible amount.

after making so all animals drop red loot bags, they realised it was too good so they made only bears and wolves drop it whilst also MEGA buffing them :(

@IzPrebuilt Not only that, but this "pool noodle" can dismember, 1-shot, and stun zombies incredibly often. All this for a weapon that is cheap to craft & swing is quite op.
