My friend came for Language in Clausthal and then Last month decided to change his language school and take admission in Essen, while he was searching for an Accomodation in Essen, he came in contact with a Pakistani Guy for Accomodation (no relation of country though), my friend confirmed the accomodation without visiting it(the problem was this) only on WhatsApp. Now, he found some other accomodation at a cheaper price within 2-3 days and rejected the previous one, now this Pakistani person is blackmailing my friend for money and threating him to file a case against him and what for, only for 200+ euros. Keep on giving him deadlines and telling him that he'll cancel his Visa because he's a German Citizen, police will listen to him and such bullshit. My friend is very scared as it's a kind of Physcological Trauma type of situation for him.

Hello , one of the problem is getting back the caution amount from the owners ,,,,Initially they say they would give it and later they say they can hold the caution amount for 6months as per the rules , but nothing as such is mentioned in the contract , and they won't even reply or answer the call, just ignoring. Is there any way to solve this or we keep waiting for 6months to get over ......
