I feel that comments on youtube often get lost, but this movie is worth commenting so I'm going for it: This movie felt like all the loves I've experience in my life and at the same it, it felt like that love I never had. It's like that love you had a long time ago, the one that got away, and the one you're waiting for, all rolled into one.
That was conveyed so well, even up until the end where it turns out they ARE LITERALLY in a place of fantasy, as the "loves of our lives" or "ones who got away" live 😏 Only in another universe would their relationship both work and NOT work... Such a good fkn movie.
The first I watched this I was with my boyfriend. It's his favorite movie, and now it's mine too, honestly. It's just beautiful. And it makes me both happy and sad at the same time. Whenever I watch it I remember every memory of him. The first ,,I love you", the time we danced in the park, the first time I cried in front of him, our fights and laughs, the way he smiles.. Things aren't always good, as they can't be. But as Del said, my heart belongs in a universe where we are together. I love him. And I love this song, I hold my tears back until that very ending where they are about to kiss, and then this song hits. And I explode. It's a masterpiece, truly. I'm gonna go now and watch Comet again :)
He broke up with me yesterday... And he hasn't seen me the same way for about a month. I don't know how to feel. I don't know what to do. I don't know how I didn't see this
This song says everything about love that words can't. I've been playing it on repeat since I saw the movie. Poignant, nuanced; what a masterpiece. My only wish is that it wouldn't end. How often too might others say the same about love? When I think of it this way and understand even more how accurately it reflects the experience of loving, I fall in love deeper still. Where I thought there was a limit, this song, through its representation of emotion, shows me that there is none. I love Dell. I love Kimberly. I love their two Suns. And I also love the idea that both here and now and in every parallel universe through which it stretches, love is infinite. **plays song again**
Have you tried watching it again? I find sometimes when we watch a movie our mood can really affect our interpretation of it. If you do let me know how it went. I watched the movie arrival 4 times before I realized she time travels a few times. Very cool

Este es del tipo de películas que son una obra de arte por si misma, te hacen pensar, soñar, y al mismo tiempo ser lo suficientemente cruel para hacerte saber que algo no anda bien y que nada de lo que ocurre durante la película es real, pues se tratan solo de simples sueños, sin necesidad de dárselo a conocer al espectador, pues es de esas películas que cuando la miras por segunda ocasión, aprecias detalles que se escaparon de tu vista, fragmentos que te dan a conocer una historia diferente a la que viste la primera vez y que cambia completamente la manera en cómo estabas mirando la película y te das cuenta del impacto artístico que posee al convertirse en algo más personal, acompañada de una increíble banda sonora, diálogos espectaculares, actuaciones convincentes, escenarios irreales, pero que al mismo tiempo no recibe el reconocimiento que merece, pues no es de interés para todo público, ya que la mayoría de la gente prefiere algo más genérico que se cuente y se desarrolle por sí mismo que algo que se tenga que descubrir por uno al unir todas las piezas del rompecabezas ya que la historia que se cuenta no es de manera lineal, lo que perjudica su entendimiento pero que logra conseguir el impacto que se desea para la película, simplemente una de mis preferidas
