He said 15 twice, but he meant 14. That's not cheating. If he miss counts and misses one that's not a bad thing. Over placing is cheating
@@Dark_Reaper_86 he did overplace. At the end he had 21 towers instead of 20. Also the joke was that tewity has done other things in challenges that could be considered cheating or were just flat out against the rules before.
But he only had 20 towers that attack because he got a t5 monkey village that doesn’t do anything
