SHRIMP BURGER WITH AVOCADO SAUCE
Ingredients
Shrimp Burgers
1 pound raw medium shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 egg
2 cloves garlic minced
1/2 cup green onion white part
1 chili chopped
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp oil to cook
Avocado Sauce
1 avocado, halved, seeded, and peeled
1/4 cup sour cream
2 cloves garlic
1 chili chopped
1/2 fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Arugula
tomato
burger bun
For salad
cucumber
lemon vine- grate
