Unfortunately, Musah hasn't come close to Kessie’s levels so far. I do remember Krunic and appreciate his versatility, but by December, nobody could stand him anymore! 😂 Although I have to say, Pioli was partly to blame for that.
I think Daniel Boloca from Sassuolo would be a great pivot- signing if we miss out on Fofana. one of the best defensive midfielders in the league imo and Sassuolo would probably be open to sell for a decent price following their relegation. another player we should have a look at is Mandela Keita from Antwerp, who would be an even better option if we want a more physical, defensive midfielder. amazing in possession and his main strenghts are defensivly. could really do well in that Kessie-role that we’re yet to replace
Milan definitely needs to offload Pobega and Aldi. The original plan last season was to use a 433 but Pioli decided not to. That’s why we ended up signing so many Mezzalas. Unfortunately, Adli has not shown any defensive qualities in his game otherwise he would have had a future at Milan and for some strange reason Pobega has not adapted his game to play in a defensive midfield role either despite his huge size. Ruben Loftus Cheek is not an attacking midfielder even though he scored 10 goals last season. I would dare to say that next season he should be sold if we continue with Fonseca and a 4231. Keep Musah who in my opinion is the best sub for Reijnders. Out this season: Pobega and Adli. In this season: Fofana and Ricci Out next season: RLC In next season: Samardžić That’s what I would do.
They’re doing all they can to get rid of Adli and Pobega; while Adli has some market, Pobega unfortunately does not. I would definitely get Samardzic for this season!
I’m an Arsenal supporter & I don’t really like Loftus-Cheek but if I’m Milan I’d use Loftus as a trade piece and try to swap him for Partey or something. English clubs love their English talent… you guys probably could’ve gotten Palhinha from Fulham or Douglas Luiz from Villa in a swap deal for Loftus + cash if you went in early enough… but if Milan need another CM I’d look at Morten Hjulmand from my boyhood club Sporting Lisboa… Hjulmand is a Gem of a player
Problem is the market of AC Milan is highly improvised. They look for player to get at discount instead of planning seriously, the lack of a sporting director is palpaple
No Zlatan is "senior advisor", whatever that means. That is a misconception, Zladan is basically a stand in for Cardinale; he does not work for AC Milan but for Redbird.
He doesn't fit in the current team setup ,foncesa doesn't play a 433 which would have enhanced RLC's ability. RLC isn't technical to play as a #10 nor he's defensively sound to play in a pivot. Tbh we should be looking to sell him ,I believe he has a market in EPL coz of his nationality.
If tonali was such a big milanista then why did he decide to leave? Dont fall for bullshift rumours. When offer arrived, he was informed by the management about it and he said YES. Simply becoz he needed to quench his gambling thirst. Management didn't force him to leave. Stop making it look otherwise. Even his agent has said this. He could have said NO like adli and bennacer are saying. Even when big offers came for barella he stayed true to his nerazzuri colours and said NO. Tonali said YES to the money. Move on
What are your thoughts? Will Ruben be able to adapt? Forza Milan!!
Yeah he has gud playmakin skills, physical can read the game
Musah is kessies replacement, players can adapt remember Krunic became a Dm

Hudson odoi and Loftus Cheek are the same person.

@@Alex-jf7qx I thought Zlatan was the temporary sporting director? 😅
