Hanna!! So nice to see the update on your plant. As it happens, other cuttings from the same mother also got sunburned this spring - something I've avoided almost every year. The mother is filling out nicely and I'm sure that like you, there will be many cuttings in the future. I'm really enjoying your channel! Hope you continue .... !!
John, thank you so much for your nice visit. I have just uploaded a video about another plant that you might recognize. Time flies! I think I got this plant from you 3 years ago already... I hope you are doing well. See you in two weeks?
I love the trigona rubra! Mine is really really big and is beyond a safe size for repotting much less uppotting!! So, there she will sit for goodness knows how long! Yours is just as lovely even with some burn.
@@przyrodawmieszkaniu2887 intervene if you must!!! I’ll stand at the ready with encouragement and a snack for after the sawing! Yes, the trigona must be kept manageable!

I don't want mine to grow bigger. I like it the way it is,! If it decides to reach the ceiling, I will have to intervene with a saw.

@@przyrodawmieszkaniu2887 I really like big plants. I also like plants that grow fast. (And chunky jewelry, too 🤣).
@@alinamichalski2136 I like LOOKING at big plants. But at home, I prefere small ones.
It is amazing how quickly the sun can harm our succulents
It was a matter of hours, not even a day...
