The rapper in the red hair named Joohoney produced this and the last title track "Gambler", they all are incredibly talented and hard working. I hope you'll come to discover them and learn to love em.
The thing I love about monsta x is their duality they can go hard and the rapline snaps always but then they have songs like bebe where the vocals are beautiful and and the rapline is sing amazingly their title tracks are always the hardest album wise then you listen to the whole album then you get the full picture of who they are I like to call them dangerously adorable lol

By the way my ult bias is hyungwon he was the one in the glasses. Great songs to start out with is gambler, love killa, dramarma which is still my favorite. And then songs that show a different side is nobody else and find you. :) again thank you for making my day with this.

They were actually seven members originally, but Wonho had to leave a couple years ago (outside circumstances) and has a solo career now. They're five in this MV because leader Shownu is serving his military time.
I hope you do check out more because this is one side of MX but their discography is quite diverse, especially once you get into the b-sides. I recommend their other two newest MVs, Gambler and One Day, for a taste of their range.

Ive been a monbebe (our fandom name) since pre debut and i would say that they are worth stanning that i never though of unstanning them because they always give us diff. treats everytime. As for the songs, i totally love all their songs especially during the time travel era, i think it started in drama rama and the story line was Lit .First time that i cried watching an MV but it was really an awesome journey. I hope you get to know them.
I also want to tell something about us, our bunny the one who left the group is currently promoting as an solo artist he left the group because he got involved into an scandal and he didnt want to drag the team down so he decided to leave while his case was ongoing that was later proven to be not true. Some one tried to ruin his carrer but luckly with everyones support he was able to comeback and we support him as well so i hope you would also check him out his name is Wonho.
The more you get to know them the more their songs will give you meaning.

Monsta X is a group you can’t help yourself to just fall in love with them they are amazing and super talented they work very hard I hope you give their other songs listen too 🤍
So happy to see Monsta X on your channel! They have more mature concepts and vibes, they have hard hitting title tracks, but so many gems on the bsides. They have one of the best raplines in kpop and one of the best vocalists in kpop. They released a full English album in 2020, and a second one is dropping on 12/10/21. They are incredibly talented artists and amazing human beings, they're also super under appreciated. I got into BTS first too. For a good while, I was so overwhelmed that I didn’t really look into other kpop artists. Months later, Monsta X ended up being the second group that I fell in love with. There are SO many great songs of Monsta X from previous albums that you should check out! It’s unfortunate that you are learning about them now because Wonho was a great 7th member.
Monsta X is incredibly talented. They wrote and produce the majority of their songs. This is Joohoney (space buns) second title track. He’s also incredibly gifted in singing and rapping.
Shownu is currently serving in the military. All Korean males serve in the Army.
Since you started with Rush Hour, you can go backwards: Gambler, Love Killa, Fantasia..
They are the first K-pop group to release an all English albums in 10 years which reached #5 on Billboard.
Rush Hour is included in No Limit which is their 10th Mini Album. This year alone, they have w released 2 Korean albums, Japanese album and another English album in addition to a globally released movie.
All 7 are incredibly talented and have even bigger hearts. They deserve the world.
My ULT bias is Shownu. My favorite track is Underwater. Many of their B sides could be title tracks. Look for their cover of Versace on the Floor. Their vocals are outstanding.

Someone really needs to update that member profile page 😅 It's so outdated and some of the info isn't correct, but it definitely gives you the gist of things at least. Monsta X shed the whole 'assigned position' thing years ago, they are all allrounders these days, there's no 'sub' anything. I really hope you check out more of them, they are one of the most versatile groups in Kpop, they will surprise you with their range, while always maintaining their MX flavor! They are known as beast idols and performance kings. They are one of the most popular slept on groups out there. Most Monbebe (their fandom name) don't have a set bias, because they are all incredible, it's like a merry go round of bias and bias wrecker depending on the day or hour 😂

their title tracks tend to be a little bit ridiculous but they have incredible b-sides for people who aren't into that lol. most people agree that they also have a genuinely good rap line.

FUN FACT: lead rapper and producer for 146 TRACKS IN TOTAL (also this title track as well as GAMBLER) had to face harsh critique ever since their debut: he's been a reall eccentric rapper all his life but his outgoing style was too much for the *idol image* so even from within the company (starship) he was told to tone down his rap in order to be less scary.
plottwist 7 years later: he kept his insane rap skills and therefore phenomenal persona and altered his apperance with cute space buns. he is also the cuddliest, cutest one of the group and created monumental AEGYO known by the entire kpop industry as the "kukukaka". he IS and forever WILL BE the MOMENT

They are still sooo underrated and Korea sleeps on them 😥 BUT our kings got their second win with this! So proud of them! Maybe finally they will be recognized more. This title track, as well as the last one, Gambler, was written by Jooheon.
Duality is a big topic with MX, especially with the rappers Jooheon and I.M. The lyrics can either refer to the K-Pop industry (red ocean is a saturated market where you need to eat the competition) or other things as you pointed out.
The rap line has some iconic lines I am not going to spoil here 🤣 and the "eat this" gesture is a cute reference to their leader's lamb skewer dance move 😂
I recommend checking out more from them, like Sambakja (rapper's concert unit stage, lyrics refer to their superiority in the music industry), Gambler, Beastmode, Alligator, Follow, Jealousy, Stuck, Beautiful or their English tracks.

Monsta X is unique to the industry. They’re hot on US radio too with One Day from their soon to be released 2nd English album on 12.10. MX is sooo good. They’re not from the big 4 SK agencies but they’re doing good with the big acts. I got past the kpop intro and found MX, Monbebe 4 life. All their music including b-sides are so good.
