I looked at one of these before I got my Skoda Kamiq. The Kamiq has a longer wheelbase, which mans a longer load bay with the rear seats folded. I also felt the Kamiq was nicer to drive.. I can also have the sat/nav map displayed both on the screen *and* in the digital instrument cluster with the Kamiq, which - as you discovered - isn't possible in the T Cross.
Great review once again! Sam I need your help! This VW tcross or the new Citroen c3! I think that the Citroen might be smaller but is roomier inside (minus the boot of course)! What’s your opinion?
I bought one, it's the 2021 pre face-lift though. And I absolutely love it - for me a lot the things people don't like are actually the things I do like, like the manual handbrake and ignition key :) It's a well designed car and enjoyable drive!
I've driven my electric handbrake Golf for 8 years now and would not consider any new car now without that. I used to have sunroofs but can't be arsed with those nowadays.
The car is a piece of sheeet. Can't even get near the Skoda Kamiq. There is no light for the blind spot, no navigation in front of you, only on your right, navigation doeant show anything, on the kamiq u have the gas stations, restaurants etc, back door for groceries, etc doesn't open automatically, sensors only front and back, not 360, u need the key in to start, no button. I'm really disappointed

Got one on order getting it oct yes went for the yellow one😅
An ignition key and a manual handbrake are sadly deal breakers for me .
My 2020 R Line T Cross has keyless ignition
Keyless start is an option, Nothing wrong with a manual handbrake IMO.
@@pauls7488 Yup, I would miss keyless start (and keyless entry) but handbrake isn't an issue for me.

Great video keep them coming
Thanks, Mark! We’ve plenty more in the pipeline 😁
Love my 2020 tcross
28,000pounds + for the R Line? That's $55,000 AUD!! I paid $40k AUD for the last one 12 months ago. WTAF????
It seems that this car on show is missing the blind spot monitoring on the side windows. Will they put these on later?
strange it doesnt have it. My T cross from 2020 has it.
Hopefully India should be getting the face-lift soon 🤘🏻💯
We need the Tiguan review on road.
Incoming! Our review’s coming early next month 😆
@@cinch Can’t wait for it 🔥, will it be a life version please?
Nice if you need lots of space.
We agree! And lots of yellow 🐥

Na not for me at £23,000 and the touchscreen looks like an old 2016 model
You can’t buy anything new like this for £23k.
@@oliverstemp9132 yes you can and hell of a lot of cars in the uk are cheaper especially the size class up
@@willsmyth639 not with your must have big touchscreen as well.
@@oliverstemp9132 so what size is a big touchscreen 10.25 is that big enough for you or are you a 6 incher kind of guy
@@willsmyth639 yes, but you can’t afford that for £23k 😂 in this size of car.
Interior looks very dated and the exterior is the usual Vanilla VW.
Which rival are you choosing? Ford Puma or the Nissan Juke? 🤔
Another very overpriced, poor quality and unreliable entry from VW. Yet there are those who will buy them just because of the insignia on the grill.
What would you buy instead ?
@@hellolau Mazda cx30 or Cx5
