    Bjarne, I just got to say, having the hand eye coordination of a giraffe myself, it is so impressive to see you consistently hit that WOODBOSS POWERWEDGE so accurately every time.
    Thanks for all the great content. =)

    When I am not climbing trees, cutting timber or doing something with wood in general, I am watching videos!! Bjarne, you have one of the best, real-time channels on UA-cam for practical, real world timber falling! I’ve watched countless hours of your videos and learned a lot from your techniques on how to improve mine! Thank you!
    Looking forward to employing some of your Power Wedges on my next felling gig..
    Are you running a 36” bar with full skip chain in this video?

    That bark is amazing stuff, so thick, we have some old growth stumps out near our farm that are about 8 feet tall in the woods been cut down well over a hundred years and have some of the old bark on them. Think it would be cool to lay out some fresh bark out like that and fill the top up with some clear resin and make a table top out of it.

      A bark table? That hasn’t been done before. Interesting idea

    Other than Fire Salvage...Cutting Fir and some Spruce are the dirtiest and nastiest for stuff floating in the air....that gets in your lungs, up your nose, everywhere you really would rather not have it get ...but hey....thats the job we love.

    Did you reshaped your chain or did you carry a spare to use? It looks like a lot of file work.

    • @BjarneButler
      @BjarneButler  3 місяці тому

      By helicopter to a road, then onto a logging truck and dropped into the ocean. Then when there’s enough logs in the water, a self-loading barge takes the wood to Vancouver(most of the time)

    Yo bjarne. Do you mix your own fuel or do you use premixed factory fuel?

    • @BjarneButler
      @BjarneButler  3 місяці тому

      Either the bullbucker or the rookie/trainee refills the jugs everyday, and mixes the fuel. But sometimes other guys will help out
