Yes you can do so, When we create item list, we can add short name, digits as prefix (e.g IN-01 denotes 1st item, IN-02 denotes 2nd item and so on). When we type IN-01 it's show IN-01 item name,

I have 250item zc but when i want to inward. It will difficult to find items, send me filter setting formula in this sheet, in inward
we can use filter formula for a single cell, not on entire sheet. I work on it and as soon as possible i will share the same.
