Kachay Qeemai Kay Kabab Ingredients
800g beef mince
1 large size onion
7-8 garlic cloves
3-4 inches ginger piece
3 green chilli
Spices
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbs salt or add to taste
2 tbs crushed whole coriander
1 and 1/2 crushed chilli
1 tbs leveled red chilli powder
1/2 tbs cumin powder
1/2 tbs garam masala powder
1 tbs chilli sauce
1 tbs ketchup
1 egg
mix well and keep it in refrigerator for 2hour ,make patties and shallow fry in little amount of oil. Serve with green chutney.

پیاز کو چوپ کر کے اس کا پانی بھی نچوڑ لیں
ہرا دھنیا ابھی دھو کر خشک کر لیں
