I feel like there's so much storytelling that can be done with this environment and with these charecters. This pilot was basically just a sketch packed with as many jokes as possible, and its hilarious. But I really believe that it can still be enjoyable if you take your foot off the gas a little. That's my long winded way of saying this could genuinely be a TV show with episodes longer than 5 minutes. Or it could be a great first episode of a more versatile sketch comedy show, which would give you more flexibility in terms of characters and premise. Either way you could definitely get this on a streaming platform.
Me being a junior in high school working alongside 50-60 year olds who had several kids and worked that same job their whole lives was definitely a reality check.
