I noticed something when you were looking at the map as you were driving, you hit a button and it said fix vehicle, so maybe you can fix up cars that way.
I also mentioned it in last episode

I noticed when you are driving the car (time stamp 23:11) there is an option to fix. Maybe you can fix up the cars you buy at action to get a better price when you sell them.
I got a couple of these units were it was nothing but box's. And there was not even anything in the box's. Also sometimes you will find more stuff in the chest, filing cabinets, fridges etc.
I myself really would love to see this series to continue. Love the content as always thank you for all your hard work. Hope you feel better soon.
That last comment where you lost $15 was Grandma stealing money from your wallet. Grandma has her own main character quest line going on right now, apparently. Lol. Also, given that you got actual cars every time last time, it’s amazing how bad your luck was this time around. Hope it gets better, though. And I’m glad you got the new house! I would have liked a bigger garage to store items in but at least now you’re not sleeping among all the boxes. 😊

Really liking this one! I think it'll be my next game. Or pumping sim 2. Just reran SGS2 for all the special tokens and contracts. And finished parking tycoon. All games I've played after watching you play them.
I saw you post this, and liked the look of it so much I just binged the entire series so far. Absolutely loving the series and hope it continues!
By the way, did you ever try putting things on the shelves in the other garage? It feels like you should be able to so you can stock up on stuff then spend a day just selling it all.

I’m not sure where as I don’t have the game yet but I seen on steam the game says you have a fix car button . And you’re supposed to be able to own a pawn shop also.

I think maybe two videos ago on this Granddad took money to have something done and since then Grandma has gone a little crazy. Might have been asked before but since adding vehicles have you looked to see if anything is maybe hidden in the boot of them? Honestly main question I have on this game apart from what the devs have created in the other homes after the trash art in recent bought one is why are they called safe houses?

This game needs to be fixed its really stupid that you can double price and it auto sells. There should be penalties or just no buyers
