- i love how this video came out! this morning i filmed a few recent ways i’ve been practicing self care! it helps me so much to spend time on myself before my day, so i’ve been waking up early, doing my hair and makeup, wearing my comfy clothes and spending time outside!

I just want to take a moment to appreciate how honest you were about your skin journey (6:30) i understand the skin picking, i understand about not wanting to talk about it. It is a struggle! but it is also a form of self-harm, I have bought plenty of tools and gadgets to help and i want to recommend some to you as well. It took some time for me to personally adjust but anytime i would think about picking at my skin and blemishes i just force myself to literally not even dare get out of bed and make all that effort just to damage my skin. I recommend a pore vacuum! they can be damaging to sensitive skin so you just need to learn how to use it right and on top of that whatever the vacuum missed I use those tools with a pointy needle at the end that helps with any spots under the surface of the skin that just will not come out. After using safer methods to release dirt from my skin i wash and prep my face for that ordinary bloody face mask thing that makes blemishes lighten up and soften up the skin. Telling you its a game-changer, im sure you've tried it. Started using it once a week and my face has never been softer and brighter.

Hey Zhirelle! Got up early myself and had a productive morning finished some studying, cleaned up my room, worked out, and showered.. even though I didn’t want to get up because it’s gloomy and rainy here and suppose to snow later on, but I know I will always feel better! I’m not a morning person either but slowly trying to become one! ❤️❤️

Zhirelle, you crack me up with opening the baked goods 😅 I’m like that too like how are we supposed to open it. I have a friend who has a habit picking at her face and her sisters and I tell her to door doing it but we know it’s a bad nervous habit for her when she does do it too haha. I wish I could go outside and get my fresh air I do it with the kids at my job so that’s that bc otherwise it’s very cold here in NY. I love that you do the countdown with your advent calendar to get into the spirit of Xmas ❤️💚😊
