In the Philippines, that shrimp dish in batter we call it "okoy" (fritters). It can be cooking banana (maruya), vegetable (squash, carrot and mung bean sprout, or shrimps).

I love how they make use of the electric fan cover for draining oil. This is practical and also lessening waste. I personally use this part when some of our efans got broken I used it in grilling

What I’m afraid of all these foods are deep fried, I know they’re good but we should also be careful what we put in our body( this isn’t bashing ) but to be healthy . Once in awhile I guess but it seems this is norm in street foods
