A Weekend in Brighton | Everything to See & Do

- We have arrived in one of our favourite spots in the UK - Brighton! and we have finally got some beautiful weather here in England - the sun is out yayyy
First up we give you a room tour of our very cool accommodation - the Artist Residence where every room has a unique look to it before heading off to first coffee spot - the Flour Pot (highly recommend for coffee addicts like ourselves)
Next we head to the Brighton Lanes trying to find our brunch spot "Lost in the Lanes" which was a fitting name because we literally got lost in the lanes trying to find it.
After an incredible breakfast we headed up the i360 tower to get insane views of Brighton from high above before doing some more thrift shop shopping as we made our way to the Komedia comedy lounge to watch a stand up show.
The next day we hand a bagel on the beach (Jess's dream) before going to Choccywoccydoodah to have a hot chocolate straight out of Willy Wonka's chocolate factory.
We ended our time at the Brighton Pier to try and win Jess a pug...we failed.

Brighton is one of my favourite cities in the UK, but I never stayed overnight there. I always made a day trip to Brighton from London
Oh you totally should - the night scene is really cool here! Especially at the comedy club - loved it! Just couldn't include too much of their set as it was lets say not family friendly for the vlog haha
Travel With Mansoureh that’s how I did Brighton too! But a weekend away during the summer would be amazing!
Brighton is the best place to live in the U.K.
I was born there but I have no memory of it, I really want to go there
my duaghter n i stayed just around the corner from where ye are staying a few years ago n they were only starting to build the eye 360,loved brighton,loved the pace of everything,hopefully will go back again,loved the lanes too,thanks for showing this,have great memories of this place,enjoy lads,love from cork city ireland,xxx

So glad to see a travel review of England that doesn't just focus on London and think that fish and chips is the only worth while food to try. Brighton is one of my favorite places and there is so much fun to do, but also they have great festivals throughout the year.
Brighton has great B&Bs and one years ago provided the most stunning scrambled eggs in a smoked salmon bowl for breakfast.

Heyyyy I live in Brighton!! Had no idea you were here haha. And yes, Brighton is crazy expensive. That and the traffic are the worst things about living here haha.

My favorite Lush bath bomb is Mango. But here in Florida we use it with colder water to refresh our skin.

I agree with you Jess that London and Brighton are up there to visit if people are to visit England - I have to say along with Bath, the Cotswolds, White Cliffs of Dover, The Lake District and pretty much any castle or beach/countryside you can get too lol

Love that Jess went to Lush lol I so love that place AND actually - if you guys are phenomenalized by the bombs - they will let you see a demonstration in the stores for free :) There are quite a few faves, but I won't name them here lol as there are too many! Lol

Brighton is a beautiful city. I was there in 1998, at that time the West Pier was still standing.

Brighton was both miserable and hauntingly beautiful to me in my teenage years. I was a foreign exchange student, and Brighton was as "foreign" as it could get for me. I was a stranger in a strange land, but this beautiful old couple who owned a hotel on Regency Square was very kind to me, and they would let me stay at their hotel on the top floor during breaks from my boarding school, and there was this very surreal feeling, they had no reason to be kind to me but they were. I would walk down to the beach with The Cure in my headphones, it felt like both the coldest and the warmest place for me at the same time, when i was just about 15 years old and completely lost without an idea of who i was or what I was supposed to be in life. Brighton beach was beautiful and full of tourists during the day, but fierce and unforgiving at night, the "beach" doesn't actually have any sand, yet people flock to it. It was a strange but inexplicably intoxicating time in my life.
I'm pretty sure I remember recommending Choccywoccydoodah to you guys in the comments of last year’s Brighton vlog and I'm glad you got to try it. Besides the Choccywoccydoodah in London has moved from Carnaby to Covent Garden.

Hahaha, we do have Lush now in Slovenia, you should come back! :D you should absolutely visit lake Bohinj, it's approx half an hour away from lake Bled and it's one of the most beautiful places in our country!

Have you two been to Birmingham? They have beautiful buildings with cafes and restaurants along the canals. They have a large shopping centre called the bullring and it's really nice!

I’ve watched the NZ vlogs intently as we are about to go there (from U.K.) but loved watching the Brighton vlog as we live just west of it, along the coast. Sad to say that Choccywoccydoda has closed. The company went bust recently.
You should definitely check out St Ives in Cornwall and go hiking in the Lake District!
There is so much to explore in the UK - thats why we love it here!

It's good on the British airways flight I went to see the views over the area. I went again on Wednesday and the wind was so powerful and the beach was shut

Next time you're in Brighton try the ice cream parlour by the I 360 and take the Number bus along the coast to Saltdean in the summer and visit the Lido and Saltdean beach
So sad that Choccywoccydodah is now closed for good. I really miss that place.
